Return of goods
1.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Goods” of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001.
1.2. The Buyer, wishing to return the goods, can do so within 7 (seven) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by notifying the Seller by e-mail info@daerta.lt, attaching photos of the goods and/or the package explaining the arising issue.
1.3. The returned item must be undamaged, unused, of the same set as the Buyer received it, has not lost its commercial appearance (labels, etc. are intact). When returning the goods, it is necessary to provide a printed copy of its acquisition document (order, transfer copy).
1.4. The Buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered mail number must be provided to the Seller by e-mail no later than 24 hours after sending.
1.5. The Buyer pays for the return costs of the quality goods to be returned or exchanged.
1.6. When returning a quality product, the Buyer is refunded only the money paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refunded to the buyer.
1.7. In the case of receiving a wrong product, the Seller undertakes to replace such a product with a necessary one. If the necessary product is not available, all the money (for the product, and the actual shipping costs incurred) are refunded to the Buyer.
1.8. When returning a non-quality product, the Seller undertakes to replace a non-quality product with an equivalent product or to refund the money to the Buyer.
1.9. The Buyer, wishing to return non-quality goods, can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by notifying the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos of the non-quality goods and/or the package, describing the problem.
1.10. The returned non-quality product must be in a tidy package, undamaged, unused, of the same set as the Buyer received it, has not lost its commercial appearance (labels, etc. are intact). When returning the product, it is necessary to provide a printed copy of its acquisition document.
1.11. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning goods established in these Rules, points 1.4-1.5,1.9-1.10.
1.12. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if it was paid) are returned.
1.13. If the Buyer returns a product purchased with a discount, the amount paid for the product with the applicable discount is returned.
Exchange of goods
The color, model, or size of the product can be changed – in Lithuania within 14 days, in the European Union and other countries within 30 days from the day of delivery of the product to the buyer, in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Goods” of June 29, 2001. The Buyer pays for the postage costs related to the exchange.
For product exchanges, you can contact info@daerta.lt and exchange the product. Have with you a document proving the purchase of the product. The product must be unworn, undamaged, with all labels.
Final provisios
These Rules for the return of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disputes arising from the execution of these rules are resolved by negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
